Electronic Payments Case Study
DALLAS and SAN ANTONIO, Texas – April 8, 2005 –
Repeating their contributions to last year’s event,
BillMatrix Corporation, a provider of outsourced telephone
and Internet-based payment services, announced today a full
slate of activities at PAYMENTS 2005, NACHA's annual conference
on electronic payments and e-business. This year the premier
payments industry conference is being held in San Antonio,
Texas from April 11-13 at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention
Center.
Jerry Portocalis, BillMatrix’ senior vice president

leading provider of voice, video and data is committed to
providing world-class services that exceed customer’s
expectations for quality, value and reliability. This company
is focused on the value of those relationships, delivering
precisely on the wants and needs of their broad base of customers,

The session will describe the technical implementation of
the program, integration with internal business processes
as well as the growth strategies to increase adoption and

actively participates in NACHA’s Internet and e-Check
Councils.
Portocalis is also participating in another presentation
at the event, moderating a session on real-time account validation
when using on-line bill payment at a financial institution’s
website. BillMatrix offers this functionality for its biller
clients on both the IVR and the Internet payment channels
and extends it with real-time updates of both customer information
and accounting systems, providing same-day posting of consumer
