The Payment Experts™ Answer Concerns Using Their Decade of Experience

DALLAS, Texas – March 12, 2004 – BillMatrix Corporation, a provider of outsourced telephone- and Internet-based payment services today briefed the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission on the use of credit cards, ATM/debit cards, electronic checks and recurring direct debit ACH transactions for bill payment. Requested to appear at a meeting in support of a Commission-initiated public docket titled, “Investigation Into the Feasibility of Using Credit Cards as a Method of Paying Utility Bills”, BillMatrix called upon the company’s decade-long expertise in providing such services to utilities nationwide. The company reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of all types of payment methods with the Rhode Island Commissioners and their staff.
