BillMatrix and Key Clients Offer Payments Expertise at
NACHA’s CEBP Meeting

DALLAS, Texas and ANNAPOLIS, Maryland – March 7, 2005 – BillMatrix Corporation, a provider of outsourced telephone and Internet-based payment services, will lead several sessions of NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payments (CEBP) in Annapolis, Maryland over the next two days. In addition, three of the firm’s well-established clients will be presenting material on their experiences with offering electronic payment channels to their consumers.

Jerry Portocalis, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BillMatrix and Marketing/Public Relations chair of the CEBP’s Steering Committee, tomorrow will be moderating a case study session on how to generate rapid return on investment from electronic billing and payment programs presented by Cap Gemini Energy (formerly TXU [NYSE: TXU]), a BillMatrix client. During the afternoon, Portocalis will be facilitating a roundtable discussion on marketing programs to improve adoption rates for electronic payment programs while contending with perceived consumer risk from “phishing” and identity theft.

Two other BillMatrix clients, Dominion Resources [NYSE: DOM] and Baltimore Gas & Electric (part of the Constellation Energy Group [NYSE: CEG]) will participate in a session at this event on consumer behavior when using self-service options such as automated telephone systems and web sites, including the results of a CEBP member survey on the most prevalent inquiries received by customer service teams related to electronic payment methods.

NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment (CEBP) promotes electronic consumer and business-to-business billing and payment programs and services, providing an open forum for education, resource development, research and the exchange of information about the electronic billing and payment industry.
