DALLAS, Texas and ANNAPOLIS, Maryland – March 7, 2005
– BillMatrix Corporation, a provider of outsourced telephone
and Internet-based payment services, will lead several sessions

presenting material on their experiences with offering electronic
payment channels to their consumers.

this event on consumer behavior when using self-service options
such as automated telephone systems and web sites, including
the results of a CEBP member survey on the most prevalent
inquiries received by customer service teams related to electronic
payment methods.
NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment
